San Aerospace has extensive experience manufacturing precision components, gears, and drive assemblies for Oil, Gas & Mining applications. Building on our expertise in precision gear manufacturing and advanced machining, we support equipment designed to operate in demanding environments where consistent quality, reliability, and performance are essential.
A key area of our experience is the manufacture of drive assemblies for air-starter applications. San Aerospace manufactures the assembly components in-house and operates dedicated assembly capabilities for its Oil, Gas & Mining business, supported by in-house static and dynamic testing of completed assemblies.
These drive assemblies support air-starter applications across equipment including oil & gas exploration rigs, large turbines, ships, submarines, and mining trucks.
Our manufacturing infrastructure includes precision CNC turning and milling, gear hobbing and shaping, gear grinding, bore and OD grinding, honing, lapping, polishing, jig grinding, and other specialized manufacturing technologies. These capabilities are complemented by an extensive in-house inspection facility, including CMM, gear inspection, contour measurement, surface roughness measurement, vision measurement, hardness testing, and other dimensional inspection technologies.
By combining precision component manufacturing, gear expertise, dedicated assembly, and in-house testing, San Aerospace is able to support customers from individual precision components through to completed and tested mechanical assemblies.
